poor service

uncomfortable room

the so-called deluxe room was anything but! air-conditioning was pathetic, making the heat unbearable, and room service was an absolute disaster. i hoped for some laundry perks but was charged for 3 pieces! what’s worse? no one cared about my complaints—talk about being treated like everyone else. i nearly gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

great breakfast

melia is a fantastic hotel! the rooms are spacious and clean, and the view of the lake is stunning. the breakfast was definitely among the best i've ever had. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay so enjoyable. plus, being right next to a shopping mall made it super convenient.
